I called decade of 50-60 The Dicey Decade because so many things begin to go haywire with our health and well being! We have to become ninja like with some important habits to practice in mid life to avoid chronic disease and stay well. I started the Chase Good Health Community because I want to help as many women as possible avoid chronic disease, age vibrantly and live better longer.

And I wanted to create a community of women that want to learn and practice all the healthy habits for mid life right along with me! I want to teach you many holistic strategies you can use to stay well, avoid chronic diseases and thrive in midlife and beyond. I practice these things in my own life, and I can tell you at 53 I'm feeling amazing and I am excited about the next 40 or 50 years ahead! That said, I want to create a community of women in mid life that want to do the same.

A holistic wellness hub and community for mid life women to work on our health, wellbeing, and longevity. We can all work toward living better, living longer and thriving in mid life and beyond together as a team!
