I love the summer season and I don't want to miss any of the fun! And as a mid life woman, I can't afford to let my health slide for an entire season. Gone are those days!
So I few years ago I figured out a way to do both! While you might not be able to keep up with ALL your healthy habits each week during this busy time you can focus on just ONE each week! That's exactly what we're going to do in the Healthy Summer Challenge!

How it works:
Inside the Healthy Summer Challenge we're going to practice ONE healthy habit each week during six weeks of the summer season.
I'll share the habit of the week each Sunday night for the week ahead. You'll practice that ONE habit M-F. Weekends are free!
