Hello, Howdy, Welcome! 

Hi! I'm Kimmye Bohannon and I'll be your trusty guide during The Healthy Holiday Challenge!  I'm an Integrative Health Practitioner and board certified holistic health coach so you're in good hands! 

I love the holiday season and I don't want to miss any of the fun! And as a mid life woman, my healthy habits are important to me too! 

So I few years ago I figured out a way to do both!  While you might not be able to keep up with ALL your healthy habits each week during this busy time you can focus on just ONE each week! And that's exactly what we're going to do in the Healthy Holiday Challenge! Practice ONE healthy habit each week. Repeat.

Simple, easy, effective and plenty of time for fun too!

How it works:

Inside the Healthy Holiday Challenge we're going to practice ONE healthy habit each week during the six week holiday season. 

I'll share the habit of the week each Sunday night for the week ahead. You'll practice that ONE habit M-F. Weekends are free!
