Manual Lymph Drainage:

Working on detoxification a little bit each day can go a long way in reducing the toxic load placed on our liver and on bodies! 

Our modern world is filled with toxins, and every little bit of support we give to our body to remove them is a wonderful elevation to your overall health.

Our lymphatic system is a key part of our body's detoxification team.  It does not have a pump, so manual lymph drainage is a wonderful way to encourage and move toxins along the drainage funnel!  Let's do it!
